Orders and Payments

All projects begin with a confirmed agreement, which may be in the form of email confirmation or a signed proposal. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice.

Work will commence only after the required initial payment has been received. Clients are expected to provide accurate details and timely feedback throughout the project. Delays in payment or communication may impact delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property Rights

Once full payment has been completed, all final deliverables created specifically for you will become your property. We do not claim ownership over your original ideas, manuscripts, or content.

However, we may request permission to showcase non-confidential portions of completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.

Revisions Policy

We offer a defined number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. These revisions are intended to address errors and ensure alignment with the original brief.

Requests for revisions must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of your work. All unpublished content and personal information shared with us will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties unless necessary to deliver services or required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide reliable and high-quality services, BES Publishers shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities.

Our total liability, under any circumstances, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where restricted by applicable law.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party fails to meet its obligations and does not resolve the issue within 10 days of receiving written notice.

In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts unless otherwise mutually agreed.
